Microscopic

The grass withers, the flower fades, when the breath of the Lord blows upon it; surely [all] the people are like grass. The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God will stand forever. Is 40:7-8. (AMP)

Have you ever noticed that single blade of grass oh so perfect? Or how about that one over there that is really standing tall and straight? No blade of grass is as beautiful and gorgeous as the other one. Just like real grass as it fades and withers throughout each season so do we. In essence as we grow in Christ we have to die to our self and move on into the glory God has for us.
Also every little blade of grass will die eventually. I am sure as John the Baptist walked and lived in the wilderness noticed that the grass would die midday, but in the morning cool air fresh grass has grown in the night. Just as that blade of grass will die, so will we. We are only here for a short time.

In that short time we are God’s chosen people. 1 Peter 2:9 says, “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” As children of the Living God and believers of Jesus Christ our Lord we are called to declare the Name of Jesus who has set us free from the world of bondage of sin as prophesied in Isaiah 61:1-3.

Many people have all kinds of grass protectors and all but the grass still withers away.

For an eternity where will you go? You are only here for a short time, what will you leave behind?

What kind of legacy will you leave? Something like LOVE, as Christ gave freely? Or your so-called fancy life?

A mentor of mine says it this way, "Are the things you are living for worth Christ dying for?"

We can only take this world back by being and living a Romans 12 lifestyle. For we are nothing compared to the WHOLENESS and MAJESTIC GOD of the UNIVERSE... it is like we are mircoscopic to Him.

Devotional time with God: Read Romans 12 and mediate on His Word.

Reality of Worship

AS I was in Nicaragua, we worship despite the fact I could not understand the words. Yet we were worshipping the same God. The holy one seated on the throne. Amazing how much I miss it.

They had a heart of worship because Jesus is all they really have holding them up. Worship in spirit in truth has a deep meaning and reality to me now, since I have seen its reality. Amazing. So amazing that I cannot really explain it.

Just stop taking our time with God forgranted and really take it seriously, because in the end He is all we really have.

A Day in Nicaragua

Beautiful morning as the sun glided into the vast blue ocean we call the sky.
The radical light bounced off the water blue, a horse galloping by
Another day of going, being, and becoming whom God directed me to be.
Doing, spreading the Word in great deed
Uncertainty of the day ahead - becoming dead
To the world itself. Waking up Alive
The sun, my skin, it may fry

For through our days suffering and trials and persecution
Knowing we are forever justified through our confession
Our willingness leads to obedience
Obedience leads to God faithfulness

“Get on the bus,” shouts Mary, “GET ON THE BUS!”
Throughout these days here in Nicaragua I learned to trust
Build relationships within the student ministry
Our tendency to be passionate rose, as we the oaks grew into great big firm righteous trees
My relationship grew strong with my husband, Jesus Christ
Never knowing that the Holy Spirit through me will lead someone to Christ more than thrice
Seeing their faces day after day
And I knowingly wanted to save them all from eternity of dismay

Eternity never meant to me, so precious
Until that little girl’s sweet face thought that candy was SO delicious
Seeing their beautiful brown eyes smile back at you
And the girls get together so can take a picture for the time of two
But little did they know that I recorded
Their glorious innocent smiles that will be documented
for me to look back on of my wonderful journey
that Christ put me on, oh He is worthy
During the fiesta at the school
Never knew a drama can be such a GREAT tool
As the man explained Sinbox Sally
Nobody claimed it as being silly
The children listening intently to the meaning of Jesus’ love
Grasping to the knowledge that Jesus wouldn’t separate Himself and them with a glove
The hope that are looking for is automatically clung to
Their freedom and hope is what Christ set to do.

Many of the people would agree
That Christ could set them free
Living from day to day with only little to play
And a lifelong dream becoming a reality
And Jesus is more seen here with compassion and authenticity
Faith in completely Christ is a dying breed
Their hope is solely on the unseen
I heard them repeat the sinners prayer
Tears ran down their Created texture
And peace flowed from heaven and warmed their wounded souls
And Jesus is whom they now know

Whether we split until groups of girls and boys
There was only a silent noise
The soft tender motion
Of making that notion
That Christ is Lord
And He came with a mighty sword
Breaking bonds and setting captives free
As the hands rose up high
Into the sky
Reaching to the One whom set them free

A Call to America to be REAL

It’s hard to grow up in America. The Truth about God is watered down to nothing but a mere ideology for someone to add to their own lives. [We have fallen from the path that God has for us.] Abortion is allowed and stepping on grass can get you fined by the government. Where has this nation gone? We were founded by Christopher Columbus, a man of God. Yes, a man of God, the history books no longer tell the truth. Government officials have thrown out the Bible in all issues and yet we wonder why this nation is still falling apart? Wake up! Parents have allowed the schools to pass out birth control to the teenagers and we wonder why they’re pregnant in high school and drop out? We have allowed the teenagers to dress skimpy and not teach modesty among the people. The Church has become a 2 hour fix of relief; instead of a lifestyle full of hope.

What can we do as Christians? As believers in Jesus Christ the one true King of all nations and people, have sat out the fight long enough; sadly it looks as if we are losing the battle over our souls. We need to wake up and realize that this issue in our nation is a spiritual issue. The enemy is destroying this nation through abortions, divorce, homosexuality, murderous thieves, and so on. Yet America is wondering what’s wrong? The people are protecting the eggs of eagles and not their own children and their selves.

Our soul is eternal, but our body this flesh is short lived. Eternity is in view. The end of this world is coming, Jesus is coming back. First, we need to wake up and prepare the way of the Lord.

Reality is no longer real in America. Webster’s Dictionary explains that reality is fact. We are asleep not realizing that we, as a nation, are falling from Truth. In America, fact is being covered up by the lies of the perverted ways of the government. We are slumbering to reality of the spiritual war going on this world. We have let the culture come into the church, instead of being the church in our culture. We have let the world define the church of America. We allowed virtual reality to drown us into its captivating trap of laziness that leads to death.
The church conformed the world. The church can no longer live in this slumber of Christianity. We need to wake up and come to our reality in our walk with the Lord. The fact is creation is supernaturally done by the Creator God. The fact in our own bodies is laminin is in the shape of a cross. He built His meaning of sacrificial love into our bodies.

The Lord has a destined plan for all people and especially America. We are blessed that our nation was looked for by Christopher Columbus whose ancestor’s talked about a land off to the west. That he, the great-grandfather or so whom, would rather come here to live his last days, than to see his own family.

It’s time to awaken and know that this generation rising up needs to wake up to the glory divine and intercede with the Spirit and do the work of God. James 1:22 says, “Be doers of the Word.”

Our longing for reality is only satisfied by the Word of the Lord. We need Truth. Truth is ONLY the Word of God. The Bible is our manual to our life. Reality is awakening to the call of the Lord to go be a doer of the Word. Be love for God is love and if you believe in Jesus with all of your heart you are saved and He is in you, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Go be a doer of the Word and live by faith in Christ Jesus.

Heart's Desire/Declaration

O God may my heart be after Your heart of love and compassion. Lord as the oceans crash against the shore, as the flower blooms in the light of Your face, and the trees dance in the delight of Your voice calling out to Your people.

Lord I answer Your call by making this declaration,

"I am Your's solely and only Your's. I am here for Your destiny that Your lined up for me. Lord prepare this heart of mine for the journey. I declare that I am Your vessel and I am hungry for You to the point I will not sleep until I hear from Heaven, the sound of Your voice. I will go where You want me to go."

God of Heaven and earth put a cry of a warrior inside of me to cry out to this nation for repentence. A cry of revival in our individual lives, homes, churches, cities, and our nation.

Be the center of the flame in my life, O King.

For You are the Great Shepherd, guide me into eternal glory.
strengthen, support, correct me when I am wrong.

AMEN!!!!!

Don't be a shadowboxer of Truth. Be a Doer.

I am getting tired of people whom claim to love the Lord yet do nothing to show His love, have no faith through actions, or just simply never passing it on. Christians around our nation have come to the conclusion the best thing we can do before Jesus comes is to lock themselves in church (the building); instead of being the church. A church is the whole body of believers, not a building.

Does it matter to you that my generation is not getting the truth about Jesus Christ inside the church walls?

If you are the one who goes to church and only the church inside the church, you need to wake up. Be the Church outside those four walls. We, as followers of Jesus Christ, are the Church of God (the Body of Christ) everywhere and all the time (a vessel for His glory).

So often we, as Christians, get comfy in our relationship with Christ. Now is the time to persevere after the heart of God. It is time to quit lollygagging around and being of this world, for we are not of this world (John 15:19). Do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2). For after we gave our hearts to the Savior, Jesus Christ, we have come under His Lordship and a son or daughter to the Father God.

But how often do we call Him Lord? How often do we talk to Him during the calm times? It’s amazing that we only go to God during the issues of family, financial, etc. come up, but yet not go to Him in the calmest times. Imagine how your relationship with God will flourish if you come to Him fervently and honestly during your beautiful times in life. You would be stronger during the weakest times.

Or are we Christians not dedicated to God fully totally sold out to His will for us?
Now people, is the time. Oh people just hear me out. This now generation is crying out silently for help and finding none. They seek for “things” and not the One True Lover of our souls. The world is swallowing my generation slowly and if we don’t cry out now for mercy and repent from our wrongness, my generation will die.

But I believe there are a people out there whom seek God and are willing to lay down their lives for the sake of their brothers and sisters in Christ (to be a living sacrifice for God to completely use to transform the world[Romans 12:1-2]). Is that person you? Are you willing to be used by the Holy Spirit to impact the world for His Glory in this dead generation.

The young generation may get hurt by truth, but I (since I am a part of this generation) would rather you tell me the truth than to sugarcoat it and put whip cream on it with a cherry a top. Their relief in porn, sex, drugs, alcohol, and illegal activities will not sooth their pain, it only gets worse. For Satan roams around; seeking after whom he may destroy (1 Peter 5:8). The devil wants to destroy their innocence before they even realize it’s gone. This breaks my heart that 13 year olds are having sex in classrooms. Do you yet see the problem? This generation of hatred and pain are looking for answer and they become Satan’s toys to play with and tempt even further into his pit of Hell. Why you ask? Well, because we have shut our mouths and taught them nothing about protecting their souls. We have simply put them on the street to let Satan devour.

We need to equip them with truth of Jesus Christ. And be a willing vessel to pray and do God’s Word. James 1:21-24 (Amplified Bible) explains, “21So get rid of all uncleanness and the rampant outgrowth of wickedness, and in a humble (gentle, modest) spirit receive and welcome the Word which implanted and rooted [in your hearts] contains the power to save your souls.”
We as believers of Jesus Christ need to equip ourselves in the Word and be rooted and grounded in Christ’s love (Ephesians 3:15-19).

“22But be doers of the Word [obey the message], and not merely listeners to it, betraying yourselves [into deception by reasoning contrary to the Truth].

23For if anyone only listens to the Word without obeying it and being a doer of it, he is like a man who looks carefully at his [own] natural face in a mirror;

24For he thoughtfully observes himself, and then goes off and promptly forgets what he was like.”

It’s time for us to be REAL and HONEST to the ears that will hear the Word of God spoken. To be the example of Jesus Christ (the doer of the Word); here on earth for unbelievers to see the Kingdom demonstrated and come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior. John 3:3 [Amplified Version]: Jesus answered him, I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, that unless a person is born again (anew, from above), he cannot ever see (know, be acquainted with, and experience) the kingdom of God.

It is time to go after that generation whom have been hurt and are hurting and seek relief, but find none. FOR JESUS is their only HOPE and it’s time for the people of God to stand up and armor up to go prepare the way of the Lord.

Ephesians 6:10-18 (Amplified Bible) declares, “10In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which His boundless might provides].

11Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.

12For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.

13Therefore put on God's complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place].

14Stand therefore [hold your ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God,

15And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace.

16Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the wicked [one].

17And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God.

18Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people).”

Jesus is coming soon, don’t you want your children and grandchildren to see and enter into the Kingdom of God to feel so much love come down from the Almighty’s throne?
It’s time to rise up, dust off the religiosity and enter into the Kingdom of God to demonstrate who He is.

For Jesus is NOT religion, HE IS a relationship.

It is time for the people not to be concerned, but to be in anguish over the lost souls and our nation. Time to cry out to God in repentance, for Him to heal our land; we got to repent and turn from wickedness (2 Chronicles 7:14). PRAY. PRAY.

Press into the power of God and pray. Yes it may seem like nothing is happening now, but in the Lord’s time He will release the prayers of the warriors going after His heart and the hearts and minds of the people whom have never known the Lord will turn toward Jesus, finding hope.
It’s time to quit trying to impact the world through our own flesh and let God impact the world through us with the power of the Holy Spirit.

David Wilkerson spoke out about the church being so comfy and passive,

“Anguish means extreme pain and distress. Deep pain. Deep sorrow. Agony of God’s heart. All true passion comes out of anguish. All true passion for Christ comes out of a baptism of anguish. You’ll search the Scripture, and you’ll find that when God determined to recover a ruined situation, He would share His own anguish, for what God saw happening to His church and to His people. And He would find a praying man and he would take that man and literally baptism him in anguish.” Nehemiah was a man a praying man that did not just have concern but had anguish. He said, “No, I broke down and wept and I mourned and I fasted. Then I began to pray night and day.”

Yes the journey of anguish will be suffering. 1 Peter 5:10 says, “In His kindness God called you to share in His eternal glory by the means of Jesus Christ. SO after you have suffered a little while, He will restore, support, and strengthen you, and He will place you on a firm foundation. “

For the Lord is our Cornerstone; therefore, our foundation is based on Him. He is the One whom holds us up and wraps His mighty arms around us to comfort us in the midst of turmoil. We need to build up that foundation through prayer and supplication to our God and King. Pray earnestly seeking the face of God and going after His heart.

Groundwire.net

I'm just sitting here at the computer thinking about how Groundwire has totally helped so many people during their tough and crazy times and people find truth in Jesus Christ. Through the radio and tv spots, people have been briefed on the hope of Christ and directed to the Groundwire website.

Here's a little background on Groundwire: (as said from website)

Groundwire offers you the opportunity to leverage the world's technology to connect thousands of un-churched young people with the Gospel of Jesus.

By placing these sixty-second Christ-centered spots on aggressive and influential secular radio stations, you can shine light in the midst of darkness, speak hope to the hopeless, and truth to those drowning in lies.

The message is impossible to ignore. In the middle of the media streams that are cultivating hopelessness, despair, anger, and lust comes a message of hope and encouragement. And, by providing a response portal on the Internet, you can meet those touched by Christ in these spots in their moment of need.

Prodigals, pre-Christians, and struggling Christians who are fighting lonely and losing battles are being constantly reminded that God is waiting to embrace them, heal their wounds and answer their questions.

Groundwire was initially launched as an outreach program of Champion Ministries, est. 1995, and has quickly become the face of the ministry. The radio spots, which began airplay in August 2003, were an effort to keep Christ in the culture. From the beginning on 2 secular stations in Denver, CO and Spokane, WA, this creative and effective tool to share the Love, Word, and purpose of Christ has grown and is currently heard on over 1200 stations (both secular and Christian) to over 12,000,000 weekly. In addition, 100 volunteers offer live coaching 14-18 hours a day at www.groundwire.net, which is averaging over 30,000 visits and 2.8 million hits a month.

Champion Ministries dba Groundwire is a fully recognized 501 (c)3 tax-exempt organization. If you have any questions you can contact us by phone at 303-660-3582, by email, or by mail at P.O. Box 1323 Castle Rock, CO 80104.

Warriors

They come and go
leaving no trace
but simply a feeling
tells us they're here
they're here
lifting wings
feathers, powerfully beautiful
but wings rough and ridged
after battle
a battle of good versus evil
fight for; good or evil
over our soul
their presence is of peace
also of calmness
white robes with silver
and gold linings
brightlly shining lights
flow from them
heavenly angels.

I am (revised on May 24, 2010)

I am an experimental learner who draws on furniture with sharpies

I wonder if I encountered my guardian angel

I hear the sound of the blind seeing light in the darkness

I see sounds bouncing off invisible molecules shooting into the sky

I want to go on a mission trip to see the intensity of worshipping our King

I am an experimental learner who draws on furniture with sharpies

I pretend I am a director for a GREAT movie

I feel others pains and worries

I touch the Garden of Eden in the moonlit night

I worry that more fall away from the presence of the Holy Anointed One

I cry for the soldiers who are fighting for us

I am an experimental learner who draws on furniture with sharpies

I understand that not everyone will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven

I say I am loved by the Creator of the universe

I dream thousands will receive the power of the Holy Ghost

I try to gain knowledge of this world through the Word

I hope for peaceful nights of sleep in the Arms of Jesus

I am an experimental learner who draws on furniture with sharpies

His Heart - written in Feb. 2009

with His arms outstretched

the winds blow the crisp night air

His whiskers dance in the cool wind blowing from the east

the light of His face shines

Hoping you will see the glory of whom He is

He cries when you take Him forgranted

He mourns for you when you walk away

He weeps when you can’t see who He really is.

He groans when you rather go participate with occultic idols

He shouts when you seek after Him

He dances when you find Him and accept His love

He glows ever brighter when you draw nearer and nearer

He dances and shouts when you burn with passionate love

He kisses you when you go after others and show them Him

He picks you up in His lap and showers His love upon you when to seek His face.

Weldin Lady

The sparkle of fire hits the air around me like fireworks on the Fourth of July. I feel like I am on fire in this scorching heat of working long hours. The labor tears at my skin and wears me down in a welding environment. Welding is the part of me I love most. As I stand there working, I am wearing protective gear: a welding hood, leather gloves, safety glasses, and a good work shirt to protect myself. The gear protects me from the flying sparks and the slag. Many people say welding is messy, and that is why men do it. What these people don’t know is that women welded in the shipyards during World War II. Yes, there is a dirty and dangerous downside of welding, but that does not matter to me. My idea of the upside just might be the downside to others. I know a woman can weld as well as a man any day or millennium. Like my father always said, “You ain’t done any work unless you can show it by getting dirty.” Growing up, I always played outside, getting grass stains on my knees and mud all over my jeans. Playing wasn’t work. When I weld sparks, from putting the rod to the metal, they fly and hit upon me. The sparks are a dirty mess, leaving stains of brownish black on my shirt. Also, when I finish a bead on a project, I must properly get ready for another bead. The way to get ready is beat off the slag from the weld that was caused by the coating on the electrode, or also known as a rod. I then grab my chipping hammer and start hitting the slag off, and behold it reveals a bead, a finished weld. The dust from beating on the slag will carry its way to my pants legs by the way of my gloves. I usually hit my gloves against my pants to get a little dust off them. The dust gets on my gloves when I beat the slag off. My leather gloves used to be beautiful dove white gloves; now they are black from welding. Not all women are scared to get dirty and to wear out what they paid over 50 dollars for. As a lady in a trade with few other women, I get little sympathy. The sparks, if they get hot enough, penetrate through my work shirt, making a little hole. The sparks, when welding overhead, are not the only splatter coming down. Little pieces of hot dripping metal along with these sparks can burn through a typical thick denim jacket, causing small burns on my skin. The burns are battle scars of good welding. Most women are not even afraid of getting hurt on the job. Yet, when I get a leather-sleeved welding jacket to wear, the sparks and molten metal can no longer navigate their way through and burn my forearms. Most men perceptions of women are wrong because women will do a dangerous job. Quote that I am not afraid of getting burned and ruining my tan; even though, I do not have one. As a young woman, I do take a little pride in my hair. I wear a welding hat, which is like a stretchy cloth hat with a bill. The bill is used to put over the ear, when the ear is toward the direction welding. It protects the ears from having sparks go into them. When welding, I stuff my ponytail into the hat to prevent it from catching a spark causing a discomforting fire. Many men in the industry of welding have long hair also. These men take a little pride in their hair as women do and also stuff their hair either into their hat or workshirt. I have even caught on fire from a spark, several months back. I was welding on a vertical T-joint one day. I used the E6010 electrode to weld with, and it was very messy. It splatters sparks everywhere. The sparks fly up and down, and side to side. When I was finished making a bead I put my left hand on my side, and I felt extreme heat going through my gloves. I started thinking, “Boy, it’s hot in here. My upper thigh sure feels a little extra hot.”Then I lifted up my welding hood, and lo and behold, flames were making their way slowly around the bottom of my denim shirt. I dropped the electrode holder out of my left hand. Then I started to beat out the flame. I did, finally, after it scared me. I was a little shaky from then on, but I kept working. The front bottom left of my shirt was gone. Part of my pants turned blackish brown from the small breath-taking fire. Fires may happen while working on a project in a fabrication shop: which is where I would like to work one day. Catching on fire and dealing with it shows that women welders are able to work as men do. As a young woman in welding, I have encountered the problems of staying clean. I love to weld and getting dirty in the process is just part of the job. I got over the part of getting dirty. I love seeing the accomplishment of working with my hands; even though I may have caught on fire in the process. When I seeing something I put together, it makes my heart jump for joy. For me, there is always an upside of welding. Men aren’t the only ones who don’t care about getting dirty. Women in the welding industry is the upside of welding, because we are not afraid of getting a little messy during a job.

Dear Friends,

I know you have probably been asked to vote for different things at various times...I know I have. And you think, I don't have time right now. About two months ago, I submitted a grant to Pepsi Cola in their Refresh Everything contest - and as of Friday April 30, I have been notified that BIG Love has been accepted to compete. Now, the rest is up to us. We are competing against 300ish other organizations (from Animal shelters to school programs) for the top 10 votes. Yesterday, we were ranked in 189th place…today we are 105th. Great success for one day. Join our BIG Love family in keeping the votes coming each day!! J

BIG Love will use the money to provide weekly groceries to cancer kids and their families.

Just last week, after delivering groceries to one of our teenage cancer patients, we were overwhelmed with the purpose of what we do. This young lady emptied all the contents of her Wal-Mart bags onto her hospital bed until everything was encircling her. As she looked at all her goodies...she started to sob. This family, due to pressing medical expenses, had been unable to afford simple things for their daughter. They were so grateful. Grateful for Oreo Cookies and potato chips!!

Another Mom, last week, told one of our volunteers with tears streaming down her face, "BIG Love is faithful. Always here for us. Here for us when everyone else has quit calling and quit caring. BIG Love is my constant." Each week, in Arkansas and Texas , BIG Love is making a difference.

We need your help to continue this service. Simply go to the website listed below and click the button that says vote for this idea. Follow the simple instructions that follow. It should take you under a minute to complete.

www.refresheverything.com/biglove

After your initial vote, I ask you to post a "reminder" to your electronic calendar reminding you to vote for BIG Love each day through the month of May. And I ask you, to post this message to your Carepage, facebook and send to your email contacts. If we win, this would have been the easiest and most cost effective fundraiser we will ever do!!

So grateful,

Chaney and Jessica Phillips

Hindered? Take Authority. Be Creative.

Love the Lord with all your heart, soul, and mind, and with all your strength. (Matthew 22:36-38, Mark 12:29-31, Luke 10:26-28). We are gonna work backwards with this verse in Scriptures.

The mind is a very indescribable concept of our human self. It is solely missed by all people of how powerful it really is.

Is your mind evil or good? Seriously though what do you spend most of your time thinking about?

How evil can our mind get?

- Well if you look back over time there was a man named Adolf Hitler. Yeah that guy had a brain. He used it and his horrid ideas to persecute the Jews and killed countless by standers.
- Also in 1973 abortion became OK to do. Abortion is the 2nd Holocaust rampaging across our own nation like an epidemic.

How good can our mind be?
- Konrad Adenauer tried to make everything right again after the fall of Hitler and the Holocaust and tried to move Germany forward.
- The Pro-life movements in America are standing up for the right to live life and have the chance of a lifetime to change the world. One of those children that were abortion could’ve been the doctor who would have found the cure to cancer.

How do ya think Starbucks got started? How the banks were created? How the first car developed? Where computers were thought of?

Our minds are the most creative tools in our society, culture, and life as a whole. We are the most innovative persons created to make this world a better place to live, grow, laugh, and love. We can inspire and encourage people every day.

The real question is: where is our mind when we worship our Lord God?

Sometimes we may think, “I wonder if the Hogs are gonna win the SEC division?” or “Geez I wish that guy in front of me would get a haircut,” or “Hey, that girl needs to get her hair one color and stick with it.” It seems to me, we always look at the physical during our time of worship and not in the spiritual and seek the face of God. We so got used to lifting our hands and forgot why we do it? Or we simply don’t care to worship God during the praise and worship times at church and just want to get on to the preaching. We have seriously forgotten why we worship. The whole church has forgotten what worship is. It is the way we need to live our life in no matter what circumstance stands before us or against us. King David had many circumstances in his life, but he continued to WORSHIP the Creator.

Oh right maybe we have a grand excuse of why we don’t have timeĆ  THERE is NOT an excuse for why we don’t worship our King of Kings. He didn’t move. He didn’t leave. WE did. We have let the world grab us and pull us down from the lap of our Creator.

How did this happen?

We have gotten so caught up in our work, school, family, friends, and life in general. We have lost our gaze on the One that truly matters. Yes I am speaking from experience. I had a huge passion and desire to seek the face of God and somehow my gaze shifted. How? I can’t really say I don’t know because I do. I stopped reading and studying the Word of the Lord (Bible) and quit playing my guitar and writing to God and God alone. I slipped down from His lap. Satan and his schemes and lies caused me to slip. Why? I didn’t renew my mind as Scripture says in Romans 12:2
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed
by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve
what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Please I beg of you, the readers, don’t let the ways of this world stop you from seeking the face of God. Stay in the Word, pray and intercede for one another, sing, write, and praise Jesus Christ for what He has done. He has given us the spirit of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Tim 1:7).

Romans 8:9, However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you.
But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. Since belonging to
the Lord we shall know that the Holy Spirit indwells inside us.
The only way to see divine truth is to have the Holy Spirit inside us and then the Spirit reveals to
us the divine truth.

1 Cor. 2:9-11, [9] but just as it is written, " Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, And which have not entered the heart of man, All that God has prepared for those who love Him."[10] For to us God revealed them through the Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.[11] For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man, which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God. See also 2 Sam. 23:2; Micah 3:8; Acts 1:16; Heb. 9:6-8; 2 Pet. 1:15-21; John 16:12-14.

We have the authority invested in us through Jesus Christ to rebuke the enemy and be victorious as we already are. But so many times we, as the vessel of God, forget we have that authority and Satan sees our weakness. Through that weakness Satan takes that opening in our armor and attacks (Ephesians 6:10-18).

AS we lose our focus in worship to God, Satan sees the opening for one of his plays to steal, kill, or possibly destroy us (John 10:10). Through his plays on us, we have built up a space between ourselves and our King Jesus Christ. That gap can and will be only filled when we realize we have moved and not God. He never leaves nor forsake His children (Hebrews 13:5). Remember to trust in the Lord and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Also, renew your mind into Christ’s and worship Him in spirit and in truth (John 4:23).

Worship God, Seek His face, and be creative. Write poetry, songs, articles describing His love, draw, sketch, paint, journal your thought about Him, and dance and shout with joy.

todays valley going through the mountain

“The Lord gets his best soldiers out of the highlands of affliction.” – Charles Spurgeon

the quote is very awesome.

for i am a soldier of the King whom is willing to fight the good fight of faith, as Paul said. And in every soldiers life there is a(n) obstacle(s) to go through.

for the Lord strengthens His people and raises them up on wings of eagles as said in Isaiah.

Through every valley and desert He walks with us and sometimes He'll carry us. (Psalm 23)

For When the three men went into the firey furnace, they knew it would be painful but they still went ahead and BANG! Jesus showed up and walked with them through the fire. (daniel)

While on the stormy sea the winds blowing and ship abeatin the waves, Jesus calmed the storm. (mark 5)

For one day through whatever storm or affiction our Jesus will be there. He'll never leave us nor forsake us. (Hebrews)
